FAQ
Common questions, clear answers.
If you don't see your question here, reach out — we're happy to help.
Who is this for?
Serious players from minor hockey through junior and college who want to elevate their game awareness, IQ, and decision-making — and the families who support them.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are 1-on-1 over Zoom or Google Meet. We review your game footage shift by shift and walk through reads, positioning, habits, and decisions in real time.
What footage do I need to send?
Send all shifts played from the single game of your choice. If you've chosen a bundle, multiple games can be sent in at once. If you have access to just the individual player's shifts from the games, send those to the email instead of raw full-game footage. Send it 24–48 hours before your session so we can prep and pull the most valuable clips for review.
Do you offer on-ice development?
Yes, we do offer on-ice sessions ranging from 1-on-1 to semi-private sessions. Email info@insynchockey.ca to get in touch and get started with privates.
Where are you guys based?
We're based in Vancouver, BC and Toronto, Ontario. Video review sessions run remotely anywhere, and on-ice privates are available in both cities.
How is payment handled?
At launch, payment is handled via e-transfer once your booking is confirmed. Bundles are billed up front and tracked across your sessions.
What happens after the session?
You'll receive written takeaways summarizing the key points, focus areas, and small adjustments to bring into your next game.
